Kudos to you for setting up this blog and highlighting the daily struggle of commuters. Hopefully your blog will be read by the 'right people' and at long last, public transportation is Malaysia will get better.

I'm stressed out just by looking at the photos. Yikes!
Sharon, when demand way exceeds supply, why should providers listen to its customers? Its the simple law of monoply. Even catastrophes and accidents do not guarantee a change. Can anyone tell me what has RapidKL learnt from its LRT malfunction a couple of months ago?
